Greater Boston software company is seeking an HRBP/ Generalist (hybrid role) that will primarily focus on Compensation and Benefits. Candidates must have a solid human resources background with a strong understanding of compensation at various levels as well as the “nuts and bolts” of benefits packages (insurance plans, PFML, COBRA, etc.) and be able to answer questions and explain the different aspects. they will also be responsible for evaluating programs and suggesting improvements. Qualifications include a minimum of 5 years’ experience in comps and benefits role, excellent customer service skills, Bachelor’s degree, and strong computer skills (HRIS databases).
