Senior Benefits Analyst – $80K-$110K

Our client is a large law firm with a global reach.  They are seeking a Benefits Analyst to join their Boston office (hybrid role) to administer benefit plans for their health, welfare and voluntary offerings and also support retirement plans.  The Benefits Analyst will also keep up-to-date on legislative/regulatory changes (ERISA, HIPAA, etc.); will include benefit trends and knowledge of the market in their analysis; and participate in the creation of communicating these plans. If you are a well-rounded benefits professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment this is a great role.  Candidates will have 8+ years’ experience administering benefit programs (multi state/country preferred); proficient computer skills (HRIS/payroll systems; MS Office; Ceridian Dayforce); and excellent analytical, presentation, mapping and project management skills.  This law firm offers competitive compensation/benefits packages so apply today!
