Large cutting-edge tech company is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support Workday’s Core HCM, Benefits, Absence Management, Talent Management and other HRIS systems. This is a hybrid role that partners with HR, Finance and IT supporting employees all over the world! This role will provide Workday HCM support to analyze/troubleshoot HRIS, focus on end to end production support for Workday, conduct root cause analysis and resolution, create training materials, collaborate with key stakeholders on reports and analytics to meet customer needs, and recommend/implement process improvements. Must have the following qualifications 3+ years’ Workday HCM experience (Core HCM, Benefits, and Absence Management preferred), technical understanding of Workday HCM or other HCM application, experience with tech reporting and data analysis, and a demonstrated understanding of HR data.
