A mid-sized Boston based law firm, is seeking a Technology Support Specialist to join its IT Department. This person will work with the entire IT team to provide support and assistance to the Firm’s network users. Responsibilities include maintaining help desk for application questions/issues, answering questions/solving problems, providing support for issues relating to MS Office Suite and all firm-sanctions applications, supporting other systems (phones, printers, remote access and audio/visual), assisting with software testing and training from core applications. Qualified candidates will have 1-3 years of help desk experience (law firm preferred), possess excellent communication skills, and have strong Microsoft Office Suite as well as legal-specific applications (document management systems) skills.
