A mission-driven Boston foundation focused on global communities is seeking an Executive Assistant/Operations Manager for an exciting long-term temporary role. This is a great opportunity to grow your nonprofit experience while supporting meaningful work.

You’ll partner with two senior directors to keep daily operations running smoothly, managing calendars, travel, meetings, and expenses while serving as a key liaison to staff, donors, and external partners. You’ll also help plan events, oversee vendors, process invoices, and improve office workflows.

Candidates should have at least five years of administrative experience, ideally in a nonprofit setting, along with strong project management and technical skills (Mac OS, Microsoft 365). The role requires someone adaptable, organized, and quick-thinking. Offering $35 to $40/hour, this hybrid position is in-office Tuesday through Thursday with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
