The Lateral Integration Manager is a newly created role that will lead strategic integration initiatives from pre-arrival through the first 18 months, partnering closely with firm leadership, attorneys, and business professionals to accelerate practice growth, client development, and internal collaboration.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment, with substantial expertise in business development, lateral recruiting, and/or attorney development. Exceptional project management, communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills are essential.

Hybrid | Available in the Boston, DC & NYC Offices| Salary Range: $164,900 – $220,600 depending on location.
