Our client, a highly respected boutique investment firm is seeking a Vice President, Marketing and Client Service to lead the expansion of its U.S. Growth Equity presence within the institutional channel. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving sales, developing and executing strategic distribution plans, leading business development initiatives, and supporting select areas of institutional client servicing.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in the Institutional distribution channel, with 15 years in the investment management industry, have strong knowledge of investment concepts and performance metrics, advanced proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and investment platforms, and proven leadership skills in a client-focused environment. A CFA designation is strongly preferred.

This hybrid opportunity offers exceptional benefits and outstanding earning potential, with first-year compensation of from $225,000 – $250,000 plus strong bonus and commission potential.
