Data Solutions Engineer

A cutting-edge software company is seeking an early-career Data Solutions professional to support its data management, analytics, and reporting platform while partnering with both clients and internal teams. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States. This Boston-based role requires four days per week in the office.

In this fast-paced position, you’ll triage and resolve data-related requests, ensure data quality and connectivity, and collaborate cross-functionally while gaining exposure to scalable data engineering initiatives within the financial services space. This is a hands-on opportunity to build meaningful expertise in data pipelines while solving real-world client challenges and making a measurable impact.

The ideal candidate has up to two years of relevant experience (including internships or co-ops), strong proficiency in Python—Pandas is a plus—experience working with data in formats such as CSV and JSON, and the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. A genuine interest in financial services is essential.
