Recruiting Assistant
Kelly graduated from Keene State College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a Human Resources specialization. As an HR intern for the City of Keene, she learned about the many aspects of the business. “Through my internship, I gained a great understanding of general HR policy, organizing career fairs, screening resumes and interviewing applicants. This sparked my interest in the recruiting industry.” As a Recruiting Assistant at Kennison, Kelly enjoys working with some of Boston’s top recruiters and sees first-hand how the process works from all angles. “I look forward to taking what I’m learning and expanding my career within the industry.”
