A leading global data technology firm is seeking a dynamic Benefits and Compensation Manager to join its Boston office. As part of the Global HR Team, you’ll shape and elevate the company’s benefits and compensation programs while ensuring compliance across all programs.

In this pivotal role you’ll oversee government regulations (FLSA, COBRA, FMLA, IRS, etc.), manage leave plans, analyze data to identify trends, and collaborate with brokers and advisors to deliver competitive offerings. You’ll also guide compensation policies and pay practices to maintain market leadership.

Candidates must have 10+ years in benefits and 5+ years in compensation administration, with expertise in ERISA, IRS, DOL audits, FLSA, and HRIS systems. Global experience and strong cross-functional partnerships are essential. Preferred certifications include: CEBS, CCP, GRP, SHRM-SCP.
