Our client is an Intellectual Property Law Firm with offices in the northeast.  They have a hybrid opportunity that can be located in either Boston, New York or Washington, DC for an IP Litigation Paralegal to join their team. You’ll support attorneys in all phases of property litigation.

Key responsibilities include managing complex ITC, federal, and superior court cases from start to finish. leading case management, supporting discovery and trial preparation, and mentoring junior paralegals. You will also oversee electronic and paper discovery, coordinate with attorneys and vendors, draft pleadings and correspondence, and manage trial logistics.

The ideal candidate has 3 to 7+ years of IP litigation experience, advanced knowledge of eDiscovery tools, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a proven ability to lead and mentor others.
