Manager, Lateral Partner Recruitment

As Manager, Lateral Partner Recruitment, you’ll partner with firm leadership and practice group leaders to identify, recruit, and integrate lateral partners and partner-level groups. You’ll manage the recruitment process from targeted outreach through offer and onboarding, while working closely with senior leaders, search firms, and key internal teams.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in legal recruiting, exceptional organizational and communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

Hybrid | Boston, New York or DC | $155K–$206K + excellent benefits
