Haley has a B.A. from the D’Amore McKim School of Business at Northeastern University where she majored in Management and minored in Communications. As a Division 1 athlete on the Northeastern rowing team, communication, time management and leadership skills were key to her success in the sport and in her role at Kennison. Haley takes the time to understand the needs of candidates while always keeping the client’s mission top of mind. “People are a company’s biggest asset, and I want to make sure that we help our clients by placing the right talent into their company while also making sure there is a mutual cultural fit. Therefore, I strive to create strong, long-standing relationships with clients and candidates alike.”
