Teresa Ferrelli graduated from Bridgewater State College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and joined the placement industry in 1995.  Teresa feels her most important role as a recruiter is to really listen to her applicants and clients, to be sensitive to their respective needs and to help them navigate the often-stressful interviewing process.  “My focus is to have a thorough understanding of the needs of the candidate and the needs of the client, and it is this attention to detail that differentiates our service.  I take pride in the fact that we only send out candidates who most closely match our clients’ needs.”
