This national law firm has a long term temp opening (possibly turn into a perm job) for a User Support Specialist. This is a remote opportunity. The User Support Specialist will join the IT Team and provide customer service support and IT assistance to the firm’s users in all offices. This role is the first level of all inquiries. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries on all applications, hardware and network-related issues; perform root cause analysis and develop resolutions; track common training issues and escalate to IT Training; assist in defining User Support SOPs’ ; assist with new hire IT Training; and work on other IT related projects. Candidates must have thorough knowledge of MS 365, Windows 10, Citrix, VPM and iManage; excellent communication and customer service skills; 2+ years’ experience in a similar role; experience with supporting video conferencing programs; and MOS certifications in Word, Outlook and Excel preferred.
