This role is ideal for a seasoned Benefits and Compensation Manager with 6+ years of experience, strong leadership skills, and expertise in benefits administration, compensation, compliance, and market benchmarking. You’ll partner with HR leaders, managers, employees, and senior stakeholders while driving continuous improvement and leveraging data and emerging technology to strengthen Total Rewards programs.

The salary is up to $155,000 + bonus potential and outstanding benefits, including 401(k) profit sharing, generous PTO, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive insurance coverage.
