Business Development Manager

This senior-level role supports the firm’s emerging companies and venture capital practice, with a focus on driving revenue, expanding market presence, and strengthening relationships with early-stage startups, technology groups, and investors across the Bay Area and nationally.

The ideal candidate brings eight or more years of business development experience, including at least three years in a venture capital or startup environment, along with a strong understanding of startup culture and transactional practices such as M&A and private equity. Responsibilities include delivering market insights to firm leadership, maximizing ROI on sponsorships and events, enhancing digital visibility and marketing content, and managing CRM and pipeline tools such as Salesforce.
