IP Docketing Manager

You’ll lead a team of six and oversee an outsourced team in India, while managing systems, audits, and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. This role is ideal for a seasoned IP docketing professional who brings strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for continuous improvement.

You can work fully remote after training, with occasional meetings in Boston (candidates must be based in MA, RI, or NH). Salary is  $145K–$175K base + bonus + outstanding benefits
