IP Litigation Docketing Specialist

Well-known IP law firm is seeking an IP Litigation Docketing Specialist to join their team in the Boston Office. This is a great role that will be responsible for maintaining a centralized docketing system, ensuring compliance with case deadlines, and providing docketing records and services related to IP litigation.  You will also work closely with attorneys, paralegals and partner with the management team.

Candidates must have at least five years of IP litigation docketing experience, a paralegal certificate is preferred, highly skilled with MS Office and Adobe, proficiency with legal docketing software (CompuLaw, CourtAlert, CalendarRules, etc.) and e-filing systems, and strong knowledge of federal and state court rules.
