Legal Personnel and Recruitment Manager
A premier international law firm is seeking a Legal Personnel & Development Manager to join its San Francisco or Palo Alto office in a highly visible, strategic role at the heart of the firm’s talent initiatives. In this role, you will oversee the implementation and administration of attorney evaluation, retention, and compensation programs, and serve as the primary point of contact for lawyer onboarding, offboarding, and outplacement. You will guide important committees and task forces, manage the department’s budget, and contribute to firmwide initiatives that enhance the overall attorney experience. Your work will directly impact lawyer development, engagement, and long-term success.
The ideal candidate brings at least eight years of experience in legal personnel, recruitment, and team leadership, along with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Technical proficiency with MS Office, Oracle, and viDesktop is essential. This hybrid position offers a highly competitive salary of up to $190,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive and robust benefits package.
