A premier international law firm is seeking a Legal Personnel & Development Manager to join its San Francisco or Palo Alto office in a highly visible, strategic role at the heart of the firm’s talent initiatives. The ideal candidate brings at least eight years of experience in legal personnel, recruitment, and team leadership, along with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Technical proficiency with MS Office, Oracle, and viDesktop is essential.
