Litigation Associate

A Boston-based law firm is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate to join its team. The firm’s Litigation Department handles a broad range of complex matters, including business litigation, professional liability, employment disputes, construction issues, and real estate litigation. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated cases with significant responsibility, direct client interaction, and close collaboration with experienced trial attorneys.

The Litigation Associate will manage a diverse caseload from initial investigation through resolution, partnering with senior attorneys to develop case strategy and execute key phases of litigation. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions, preparing for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial, and contributing meaningfully to case outcomes and client relationships.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of five years of relevant litigation experience, strong research and writing skills, proficiency with case management and e-discovery platforms, and prior courtroom experience. The position offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $150,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
