Litigation Paralegal

A nationally recognized Boston law firm is seeking experienced Paralegals to join their team. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience supporting attorneys in employment class action cases. This hybrid position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000.

The role involves managing all aspects of the litigation lifecycle for class action wage and hour cases. Responsibilities include interacting with clients, coordinating hearings, depositions, and trials, drafting legal documents, filing through the CM/ECF system, and utilizing e-discovery platforms such as Relativity or Everlaw. Additionally, the position will play a key role in mentoring a strong team of junior paralegals.
