Major Gifts Officer

This is an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished fundraising professional to make a meaningful impact while helping advance a mission that changes lives every day.

The Major Gifts Officer will lead and expand a thriving major gifts program, managing a portfolio of more than 150 donors and building strong, lasting relationships through personalized engagement and stewardship strategies. Working closely with the Development and Marketing team, you will drive fundraising success, cultivate new donor opportunities, support key events, and play a vital role in securing the resources needed to further the organization’s mission.

The ideal candidate will bring at least eight years of fundraising experience, a demonstrated track record of securing six- and seven-figure gifts, expertise in major and planned giving strategies, experience partnering with board-level volunteers, and strong donor database management skills.

This full-time hybrid position offers a schedule of four days in the office and one remote day per week. The salary range is $100,000–$125,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package, including medical coverage with the organization paying 70–75% of premiums.
