Senior Collections Analyst

A prestigious law firm is seeking a Senior Collections Analyst to join its Boston office in a hybrid role. This position will be responsible for managing unpaid accounts receivable and partnering with attorneys to implement effective collection strategies.

Key responsibilities include preparing monthly collection reports, maintaining documentation of delinquent accounts, and building strong relationships with billing attorneys to help manage their portfolios. The role will also involve coordinating payment plans when appropriate and supporting additional collections and finance initiatives as needed.

Qualified candidates should have three plus years of collections experience, preferably within a law firm, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. The ideal candidate will bring excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate professionally with both colleagues and clients.
