Service Desk Analyst

In this highly visible role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for technology support, helping attorneys and staff stay productive and connected. From troubleshooting hardware and software issues to supporting system setups, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our fast-paced legal environment running smoothly.
You must have 2+ years of IT support experience (law firm experience a plus), strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Standard, and legal-specific applications, working knowledge of Active Directory and basic networking concepts, and exceptional communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
